Berklee Online: Competitively Placing Music in Television via Music Libraries

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Composing music for libraries is both fun and rewarding, however, it has evolved into a competitive business. Now more than ever it is important to develop a quick and efficient workflow along with a keen sense of communication with the library. Getting the initial call sheet to create music for the library is cool, but it would be naïve not to recognize that the e-mail most likely also went to dozens of other composers within the network. Composer Mark Cross will address these points while exploring ways to maximize your creativity.
